The Commission for Relations with Religious Communities, through the media, informs the public that the Churches, religious communities mentioned in the Constitution, on 22.10.2020, send the following public appeal to the citizens:
"We - the Churches and religious communities send a unanimous APPEAL to all our believers and to all citizens of our country, to look at the current situation with the coronavirus Covid 19 with the highest degree of seriousness and with full and consistent observance of all prescribed measures to protect their own, the health of loved ones, health workers and thus society as a whole. Consistent adherence to the measures should not be interpreted as having a weak faith, but as having love and care for others.
Now is the time for everyone to show concern and make a personal contribution to dealing with the situation. Measures should be observed at all times, indoors and outdoors, in workplaces, in religious temples, in homes, and in public areas.
"In these times let us be strong and aware that temptations come because of personal re-examination and strengthening of faith."
